The 18 Penny Goose
by Sally M. Walker takes us back to the 1700's while the Revolutionary War was being fought. A group of Redcoats are marching towards Letty's house. Letty does not want the soldiers to take Solomon, the gander. When you read this book you will find out how Letty saves her beloved gander.
